Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drywall Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the commercial industry and a strong background in drywall repair and painting. This role involves performing repairs and installations at Medical facilities in metro Phoenix area. Work includes drywall installation, taping/texturing, painting, & light demo. The Repair Technician will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards on construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs and installations for commercial medical facilities.
- Work with drywall, painting, and light demo as needed
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their repair needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the restoration industry or related field.
- Proficiency in construction drywall installation, tape & texture, and painting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various projects.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks associated with construction work.
