Elevated Executives is a Charlotte-based event marketing firm that runs live outreach campaigns on behalf of nonprofit organizations across the greater Charlotte area. This is an entry-level, full-time role with paid training provided from day one. No prior experience is required - we are looking for character, professionalism, and drive.
Your Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit partner organizations at live events, community pop-ups, and local activations across the Charlotte metro area
- Engage members of the public in confident, professional conversations about each partner's mission and programs
- Communicate nonprofit initiatives clearly and effectively to diverse community audiences
- Address questions and feedback from the public with poise and a positive attitude
- Assist with event setup, day-of execution, and post-event reporting and documentation
- Work toward daily outreach benchmarks alongside your team
- Travel locally to scheduled event locations across Charlotte
What We Are Looking For
- Professional demeanor and strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable and confident engaging with the public in an in-person setting
- Reliable, punctual, and receptive to coaching and direction
- A team-oriented mindset with the initiative to go above and beyond
- Genuine interest in community engagement or nonprofit work
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules
- No prior experience required — paid training is provided

Pay: $49,761.39 - $59,927.70 per year
