Responsible for integrated project execution within Engineering. Formally leads Project Engineering, driving execution and integration of engineering work from project intake through release.

Engineering Manager Details:

Direct Hire position

$140,000.00 /annually

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:30pm)

Lead and develop the Project Engineering team, setting clear expectations for ownership, pace, accountability, and technical excellence

Decide project priorities across engineering functions to ensure schedule adherence and engineering standards are met

Establish and reinforce consistent practices for managing engineering deliverables across all engineering groups

Drive day-to-day execution from project intake through release

Maintain visibility to schedules, workload, resource utilization, and project risk

Identify risks early and take action to keep projects on track, escalating as necessary to resolve gaps

Drive alignment across Project Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering to ensure coordinated execution

Support technical decision-making and problem solving on complex low voltage and medium voltage projects

Partner with engineering leadership to strengthen engineering standards, technical competency, and knowledge sharing across the organization

Ensure consistent use of systems and tools to maintain visibility, tracking, and accountability throughout project cycles
Engineering Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

10+ years of engineering experience

5+ years of engineering leadership experience

Experience managing managers, not just individual contributors

Experience leading engineering execution in a project-based manufacturing environment
