Title: Calibration Technician
Location: Colorado Springs, CO (in-person)
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 40-50 hrs/week)
Pay rate: $20- 40/hr (DOE)

Position Overview:
Join our team as a Calibration Technician, performing precision calibrations on electrical or mechanical measurement equipment while ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to expand your technical skills in a collaborative, quality-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate electrical and/or mechanical test equipment, including:
- Mechanical: calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, torque tools, etc.)
- Electrical: oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies, etc.)
- Perform calibration in accordance with NIST-traceable, A2LA, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
- Generate accurate calibration reports and certificates
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and verify calibration equipment
- Assist in developing and improving calibration procedures
- Support internal and external quality audits with technical expertise
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in calibration, metrology, manufacturing, machining, or a related technical field
- Experience calibrating electrical, mechanical, temperature, pressure, torque, or related measurement equipment preferred
- Trade school certification, technical training, or engineering education is a plus
- DoD, PMEL, or military calibration experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
