Full-Time | Fast-Paced Work Environment
Altitude Cutting & Coring is seeking a motivated, dependable Maintenance Worker / Laborer to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with equipment, solving mechanical problems, and contributing to a hardworking team in a fast-paced construction environment.
This position offers a variety of responsibilities both in the shop and in the field. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and willing to take initiative.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Concrete cutting and coring operations
- Operating and maintaining construction equipment
- Equipment diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance
- Small engine repair and troubleshooting
- Parts sourcing, ordering, and inventory management
- Assisting with fleet maintenance and inspections
- General shop organization and maintenance
- Supporting field crews as needed
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Air Brake Endorsement required
- CDL preferred
- Experience operating construction equipment preferred
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Construction, maintenance, or concrete cutting/coring experience is a plus
