The Pre-College Development Academy is seeking a full time Associate Head Men's Soccer Coach to join the #1 Post High School soccer program in the United States. The Associate Head Coach will develop, promote, and supervise all facets of the men’s soccer program. PCDA (U19 - U23) has been designed to bridge the gap between youth soccer and the next level, whatever that looks like for the student athlete. PCDA is the United States first network of post high school academies which will serve as a platform to ready the student athletes for the next level in a year round soccer and academic program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Coaching: practice planning and game preparation following a curriculum that has been pre-designed to develop the whole athlete both technically, tactically, physically and
psychologically.
● Recruiting: Talent identification and evaluation, correspondence, assistance with admission process. Upon entering the Pre-College DA, the student athletes will, in coordination with the Director of Soccer Operations and Head coach, have a predetermined exit strategy to the next level, both academically and athletically
● Nurture current relationships throughout the United States to recruit a minimum of 30 student athletes the following year.
● Budget development and management
Student-athlete development: mentoring to include individual and team dynamics, team rules and conduct, leadership development, commitment to safety and well-being of student-athletes
● Implement 4 annual IDP’s of student athletes with assistance from assistant soccer coaches
Public Relations: Represent The Pre-College Development Academy as the face of men's soccer in a growing soccer community and evolving soccer environment. Engage in media and speaking engagements with youth soccer clubs, local high schools, tournaments and showcases, advance relationships with supporters and local youth organizations, create effective professional working relationships with student-athletes and Pre-College DA partners.
● Fundraising: Develop camp/clinic/combine program and community outreach programs.Required Qualifications: -
● Bachelor's degree master's degree preferred
● Ability to show depth of network within the soccer community in the United States
● Progressive coaching experience, with at least 5 years as a head coach or equivalent
applicable experience. Must show a demonstrated ability to recruit student athletes
● Evidence of ability to manage all aspects of a collegiate soccer program
● Evidence of ability to recruit talented student-athletes to Division I, II or III program
● Knowledge of NCAA/NAIA Division rules and regulations
● Commitment to academic success of student-athletes
● Evidence of a valid driver's license, and/or ability to acquire a legal driver's license and secure a CDL license before employment.
● Evidence of ability to teach and work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds
● Familiarity with recruiting and scouting software as well as ability to learn various forms of technology
● Familiarity with strength and conditioning philosophy and techniques
● Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication both orally and in writing
● Evidence of strong organizational skills, including basic accounting practices
● College and/or professional playing experience
● CPR qualifications or ability to gain them within 90 days of hire

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
