Level III Journeyman - SUMMARY: Journeyman (Level 3 or A) Typically 5 years and above documented field experience in chosen craft discipline with ability to read and interpret instructions and document, plan and perform work activities independently. Typically certified in craft with both written and hands on certifications. Level 3 workers are seasoned team members with substantial hands-on experience. They can handle more intricate work and troubleshooting minor issues during the construction process. While they do not have formal leadership roles, their knowledge and proficiency make them key contributors who support and mentor lower-level workers informally.

QUALIFICATIONS
May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
