Rolling Mill Operator – 1st Shift – $18/hr – Temp-to-Perm
B&N Staffing Inc. is currently hiring a Rolling Mill Operator / Machine Operator for a 1st-shift, temp-to-permanent opportunity.
Pay & Schedule:
- $18.00/hour
- Monday–Thursday
- 4:30 AM–3:00 PM
- 10-hour shifts
- Occasional Friday overtime
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
No previous rolling mill experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who have previous manufacturing or machine operator experience and are interested in learning a specialized skill.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or machine operator experience
- Good basic math skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Able to stand and move throughout a 10-hour shift
- Able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment
- Must follow all safety and PPE requirements
