Responsibilities
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive research and sourcing activities using social media management tools.
- Lead recruiting efforts through cold calling, campus recruitment initiatives, and leveraging talent pools to generate high quality leads for open positions.
- Perform interviews and coordinate candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage full onboarding cycle for all new hires.
- Collaborate with human resources to maintain accurate recruitment needs.
- Manage employee orientation programs and support onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.
- Assist in training & development programs aimed at enhancing recruiting skills across the HR team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting, or HR sourcing with familiarity using LinkedIn, ADP, Indeed ect.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively via phone, social media, or in person.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant recruiting practices.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and contract management related to employment offers.
- Experience with ADP is highly desirable.
- Skilled in research techniques for lead generation and candidate sourcing through social media management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
- A proactive approach to employee relations and understanding of employee evaluation processes. Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
