We are a growing transportation company seeking a dedicated Safety Specialist to support and enforce compliance with all DOT, FMCSA, and Company regulations. This role involves working closely with drivers, operations, and other internal departments to ensure the safe and legal operation of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance
- Help manage driver qualifications, onboarding, training, and records
- Monitor and support the enforcement of DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Communicate with drivers and staff to resolve safety-related issues
