- Establish new customer accounts
- Ensure that clients are properly billed for goods or services.
- Work with other departments to ensure that the correct amounts are collected in a timely manner.
- Resolve account discrepancies.
- Perform other tasks to secure client payments.
- Process payments using a variety of payment methods.
- Maintain customer accounts, collect payments, post receipts in a timely manner, secure revenue, and apply fair credit practices.
- Enter billing on Portals
Must be comfortable with Windows applications. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
