Key Responsibilities:
- Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of service requests.
- Email Correspondence: Professionally respond to and manage email communications with customers, manufacturers, and team members.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a team to coordinate service activities and achieve common goals.
- Manufacturer Liaison: Communicate with manufacturers to facilitate customer repairs and ensure service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufactured home repair processes is a plus.
Pay Rate: $15 - $17 Hrly / 40-50 Hrs Weekly (only 1 opening available)
