We're a rapidly growing storm restoration and exterior remodeling company expanding throughout the DFW Metroplex, and we're looking for driven, coachable, and motivated individuals to join our Outside Sales team.
Whether you have experience in roofing, construction, door-to-door sales, car sales, real estate, customer service, military service—or simply have the work ethic and determination to succeed—we want to meet you.
With continued storm activity across North Texas, demand for roofing and exterior restoration has created immediate opportunities for motivated individuals to build a six-figure career while helping homeowners restore and protect their homes.
What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative / Project Manager, you'll manage customers throughout the entire restoration process.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Perform residential and commercial roof inspections for storm damage
- Document damage with photos and inspection reports
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
- Meet with insurance adjusters during inspections
- Build strong customer relationships from first contact through project completion
- Manage roofing and restoration projects from signed contract to final completion
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the process
- Track projects using company CRM and systems
This is primarily a field-based position with minimal office time required.
Compensation & Earnings
1099 Independent Contractor Position - 100% Commission-based
