Collections Receptionist / Collections Clerk, Lake Mary, Florida
Ansbacher Law is seeking a Collections Receptionist/Collections Clerk to support the Collections Department within our Community Association practice team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming collections calls including documenting conversations and action items to incorporate into the electronic software.
- Monitor and process received email correspondences including responding directly or routing the email to the appropriate person for response.
- Incorporate received documentation or email correspondences into the applicable electronic file and assign attorney review of same via the electronic software.
- Maintain and update electronic files and statuses for same.
- Prepare, finalize, and publish the bi-weekly collections files reports provided to clients.
- Import new collections files into the electronic software.
- Review received physical mail and process same.
- Assist with file closing procedures including drafting termination letters for attorney review.
- Update client information for distribution lists and electronic files.
- Take on additional tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in-person in Lake Mary, FL.
- Minimum 1 year of office experience or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn legal software and processes.
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with a team-oriented mindset.

Pay: $18.00 - $222.00 per hour
