Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and drive impactful HR initiatives across the organization. Duties
- Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement strategic workforce plans, including organization design and succession planning.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory requirements such as FMLA, OSHA, and affirmative action planning.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Taleo to attract top candidates and streamline recruiting processes.
- Facilitate employee orientation, onboarding, training & development programs to ensure seamless integration and continuous growth.
- Manage performance management processes by conducting employee evaluations, coaching managers on feedback delivery, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing using UKG, and handle workers' compensation claims with precision.
- Drive employee relations initiatives by resolving conflicts effectively, promoting open communication skills, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Skills
- Extensive experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of employment & labor law and HR legal compliance.
- Proficiency in human capital management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft.
- Skilled in project management techniques to lead complex HR projects including organization design and change management initiatives.
- Expertise in talent management strategies including recruitment, succession planning, training & development, and affirmative action planning.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel data analysis capabilities for HR metrics and data collection efforts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, conflict management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes along with familiarity with payroll systems like Paychex or Kronos.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while demonstrating administrative experience in personnel administration tasks.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
