We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance, and efficient product management. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Additional weekday shifts may be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and accurately process incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the dispensary's POS and state tracking system.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor product movement, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with all state cannabis regulations and company SOPs.
- Organize stock rooms and sales floor inventory for maximum efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with product ordering and inventory forecasting.
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage areas.
- Work closely with management and dispensary staff to maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous inventory, warehouse, retail, or cannabis industry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to pass any required background checks in accordance with state regulations.
- Must meet the minimum legal age requirements for employment in the cannabis industry.
