At We Crawl Space Crawlspace Solutions, Inc., we are hiring Crawlspace Technicians, and Foremen to join our growing team.
We are a local, veteran & firefighter-owned company with:
- 3 Production Crews
- 1 Field Supervisor
- 2 Sales Managers
- 1 General Manager

Pay (Based on Experience)
- Helper / Laborer: $20 – $25/hr
- Technician / Second: $20 – $30/hr
- Foreman / Crew Leader: $30 – $45+/hr

What You’ll Do
This is hands-on construction work in crawl spaces and under homes. You will:
- Install crawl space encapsulation systems
- Install vapor barriers and insulation
- Perform structural repairs (joists, beams, supports)
- Install sump pumps and drainage systems
- Install dehumidifiers
- Perform moisture control and mold prevention work
- Seal crawl spaces (vents, doors, air sealing)
- General crawl space clean-outs and repairs

You MUST be able to:
- Crawl in tight, confined spaces for extended periods
- Work in hot, cold, dirty environments
- Lift heavy materials
- Fit through crawl space openings (~24” x 18”)
- Work hard every day as part of a team

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (preferred for technicians & foremen)
- Reliable transportation
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Construction experience preferred (not required for helpers)
Foreman (Additional Requirements)
- 2+ years leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to manage a 2–3 man crew
- Strong communication and job site management skills
- Ability to interact with customers professionally
