Your Impact
As our Parking Operations Coordinator, you'll ensure smooth operations and maintain security across our property:
Security & Safety Excellence
- Maintain professional vigilance through strategic patrol routes across our truck stop premises and paid parking areas
- Proactively identify and prevent unauthorized activities, theft, vandalism, and safety hazards before they escalate
- Conduct thorough property walks through buildings and grounds to ensure a secure environment for all guests
Customer Service & Compliance
- Engage professionally with drivers by courteously informing them about parking requirements and assisting with pass purchases through our in-store or convenient online portal
- Ensure smooth operations by enforcing parking regulations and maintaining compliance with designated areas and payment policies
- Build positive relationships while issuing necessary warnings and maintaining order
Emergency Readiness
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, accidents, or on-site incidents
- Take decisive action to protect individuals and property
- Coordinate with emergency services when situations require additional support
