HVAC Install Manager
Location: Watertown, MA
Pay: 130,000+ a year + Bonus pay
Job Description:

We're expanding and looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation department, ensure high-quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling & Coordination
- Collaborate with the sales team and install coordinator to schedule projects that align with company revenue and efficiency goals.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Coach, mentor, and develop lead installers and apprentices.
- Conduct ride-alongs, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Operational & Financial Oversight
- Review material lists and verify accuracy of job costing sheets prior to installation.
- Track labor hours, materials, and overall job profitability.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Customer Service & Quality Assurance
- Handle client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct site visits to confirm quality of work and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure installations meet or exceed industry standards and local codes.
- Apply expertise in HVAC systems, with an emphasis on ductwork design (preferred but not required).
- Assist field teams with troubleshooting installation challenges as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred).
- Pass background check.
- A minimum of 4-5 year’s experience in installation of diverse HVAC equipment
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices, codes, and safety requirements.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in computer programs (e.g., ServiceTitan, Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Customer service oriented.
