As the Director of Nursing, you will make important decisions, set expectations, and help create a caring and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all parts of the Nursing Department
- Make sure we follow all federal, state, and local rules
- Ensure residents receive high‑quality care
- Handle staff issues and work with Human Resources and the Executive Director
- Act as the Executive Director when they are away
- Hire and schedule nursing staff
- Lead and join monthly nursing meetings
Qualifications:
- Active Nursing License (RN or LPN)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good communication and people skills
