We’re looking for a Full-time experienced Orthodontic Chairside Assistant who loves working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Do
As a Chairside Assistant, you’ll play an important role in creating an outstanding patient experience by:
- Assisting our orthodontists during patient procedures
- Preparing treatment areas and ensuring an efficient clinical flow
- Educating patients about their treatment and home care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in Practice Management Software
- Creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for patients and families
- Working closely with teammates to provide exceptional service
- Maintaining accurate records and following clinical protocols
- Helping our office operate efficiently while keeping the atmosphere positive and upbeat
What We’re Looking For
- Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred (minimum 1-2 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with willingness to help wherever needed
- Computer proficiency
- Evening availability until 7:00 PM on scheduled days
