The Bin Delivery Driver is an entry-level commercial driver position designed for individuals who possess a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver License (CDL) with an air brake endorsement but have not yet obtained the minimum one year of commercial driving experience required for a Commercial Driver route position. Reporting to the Route Supervisor, this position is responsible for the safe delivery, pickup, and maintenance of containers while developing the commercial driving skills, safety record, and operational knowledge necessary for long-term success.

Safely operate a flatbed truck or trailer to deliver and pick up bins from customer locations
Perform minor repairs and adjustments on containers
Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate daily logs, service notes, and paperwork
Communicate regularly with dispatch and supervisors
Provide friendly, professional service to customers at every stop
Support special projects, community cleanups, and company events as needed
Follow all company safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions immediately
Work as part of a team and represent the company with professionalism
High school diploma or GED
Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Solid Waste industry experience is helpful but not required
Valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement (required)
Ability to sit, walk, and use hands frequently throughout the workday
Frequent reaching, bending, and physical movement
Ability to lift and maneuver containers or equipment as needed
Comfortable working in an environment involving waste handling
