We are looking for a motivated Dock Supervisor to lead daily dock operations and help maintain efficient freight movement while supporting our drivers and warehouse teams.
Responsibilities:

Supervise daily dock operations and dock personnel.

Ensure freight is loaded/unloaded safely and accurately.

Monitor route completion and freight staging.
-
Verify damaged freight is properly documented and scanned.

Enforce dock safety procedures and company SOPs.
-
Coach and develop dock employees on productivity and safety expectations.
-
Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and management to ensure on-time operations.

Maintain organization of freight lanes and dock areas.
-
Conduct dock walks and verify equipment safety compliance.

Assist with staffing coverage and workflow management.
-
Monitor attendance, performance, and policy compliance.

Ensure proper use of pallet jacks, forklifts, cones, chocks, and glad hand locks.
Qualifications:
-
Previous warehouse, dock, or logistics leadership experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with freight handling and load planning preferred.

Must have verifiable forklift experience.
-
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Must be dependable and safety-focused.
Preferred Experience:
-
Transportation or LTL logistics experience.
-
Experience using scanning systems or warehouse management systems.

Experience supervising teams in a dock or warehouse setting.
