Overview
This isn't your typical food truck position.
As our Food Truck Lead, you'll be responsible for preparing, driving, and operating our truck for private events, festivals, corporate activations, and community events throughout Utah.
You'll be trusted to represent the Nobuko brand and treat the truck as if it were your own.
Duties
- Drive the Nobuko truck safely to and from events
- Set up and close down the truck at each event
- Serve guests with exceptional customer service
- Keep the truck clean, organized, and event-ready
- Restock inventory, ice, syrups, and supplies
- Filling fresh water
- Dumping gray water
- Cleaning equipment
- Preparing the truck for the next event
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
- Help create a welcoming, memorable guest experience
Requirements
- Confident driving a large vehicle (food truck, van, box truck, RV, etc.)
- Dependable and punctual
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Friendly and professional
- Comfortable working independently
- Willing to take ownership and solve problems
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Available evenings and weekends
- Experience driving larger vehicles
- Food service or hospitality experience
- Food Handler Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean driving record

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
