We're a fast-growing B2C print-on-demand company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Post-Production Operator to join our team. You'll own the back half of every order — from quality inspection through final shipment — making sure every product that leaves our facility is exactly what the customer expected.
Shifts Available:
What You'll Do
- Inspect printed items for defects: color accuracy, print alignment, bleed issues, scratches, and overall finish quality
- Perform post-production handling: trimming, folding, sleeve insertion, and packaging assembly
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on packing slips
- Apply correct labels, postage, and carrier routing (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Meet daily shipping cutoff times consistently
- Flag, document, and route reprints or rejections back to production
- Identify recurring quality issues and escalate to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized packing station and up-to-date QC logs
What We're Looking For
- Sharp eye for detail — color, alignment, and physical finish quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive precision tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic computer skills for scanning and order management software
- Familiarity with printing processes (digital, DTG, sublimation, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or quality inspection preferred — but we'll train the right person

Compensation: 16-18$/hr based on experience
Hours: 36-40 per week, Monday through Friday.
