Quality Control Associate
Now Hiring – Quality Control Associate (A-Shift & B-Shift)
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our Quality Control department. This team ensures all finished products meet our standards and prepares goods for shipment with additional handling tasks.
Shifts Available:
- A-Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- B-Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished garments and goods for accuracy, defects, and overall quality.
- Perform accessory handling such as attaching hangtags, individual garment bagging, and applying barcodes.
- Ensure items are correctly labeled and ready for shipment.
- Follow established QC processes to maintain consistency across all products.
- Communicate issues to production teams to correct errors quickly.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior quality control, warehouse, or retail fulfillment experience (preferred, not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot small defects.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and stand for long periods.
