The Transportation Growth Specialist is responsible for driving market growth through business development, community engagement, and strategic outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and promoting services that make a meaningful impact within the community.
Working closely with local leadership, you will serve as a key representative of zTrip, developing partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and supporting initiatives that contribute to long-term growth and success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand ridership and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and community leaders
- Manage leads, prospects, and partnerships through CRM systems
- Schedule and conduct presentations, meetings, and business development activities
- Cultivate long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and strategic engagement
- Develop partnerships and growth initiatives that strengthen zTrip’s market presence
- Serve as a professional ambassador for zTrip throughout the Birmingham community
- Attend networking events, business functions, community gatherings, and industry events
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and local decision-makers
- Represent zTrip within Chambers of Commerce, professional associations, and community organizations
- Increase awareness of zTrip services through outreach and community involvement
- Support local marketing campaigns and promotional programs
- Assist with social media engagement and community-focused marketing efforts
- Coordinate grassroots outreach activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance visibility and market penetration
- Support customer communications and promotional initiatives that strengthen community connections
- Participate in recruiting events and driver engagement programs
- Support customer service initiatives and relationship-building efforts
- Collaborate with leadership on special projects and growth-focused strategies
- Act as a liaison between community partners and internal departments
