Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience with school-based therapy and IEP processes is highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Proven organizational skills and flexibility in a dynamic school setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions for students across grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to ensure student success
- Provide consultation, support, and education to parents and staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with district and regulatory guidelines
