As a Front Desk Representative, you will be an essential part of our day-to-day operations and will be directly involved in making a positive difference in our patients lives.
What You'll Do:
- Provide empathy and compassion to patients to ensure an excellent patient experience.
- Check-in the patient according to the clinic policies and procedures
- Communicate any necessary information back to the patient in a timely manner to ensure all needs and expectations are met for the patient
- Verify patient insurance eligibility to ensure that all patients have the proper coverage to receive the necessary care plan put into place by providers
- Perform entire check out process to ensure all patient needs are met and prepare the patient with any information related to future appointments.
- Schedule patient appointments according to the providers' protocols to ensure the best possible medical recommendations and care plans.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) (Required)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (Preferred)
- 1-2 years of medical office experience (Preferred)
- Previous experience with EMR systems (Preferred)
