Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding commercial door hardware products.
- Generate accurate product quotations and pricing.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up.
- Conduct occasional outbound calls to existing customers to provide product updates, follow up on quotations, and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and order accuracy.
- Stay current on new products, manufacturer updates, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the commercial door hardware, locksmith, security hardware, or architectural hardware industry is required.
- Experience providing technical product support.
