Who You Are:
As a Delivery Driver/Pastry Helper, you’ll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, whether you’re assisting our pastry chefs in the kitchen or behind the wheel delivering our fresh pastries. Your role will help ensure that our delicious pastries and ingredients reach their destinations on time and with care, contributing to the exceptional experience we strive to offer every customer. We’re looking for an early bird who’s able to start as early as 5 AM, ensuring that everything is ready and delivered fresh at the start of the day.
Availability: Candidates must be available to work 4-5 days per week, with weekend shifts mandatory.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Preparing all wholesale and Renaud’s location pastry orders for morning delivery.
- Loading the delivery vehicle with all orders, ensuring items are packed securely and ready for transport.
- Delivering all orders to wholesale and retail locations safely and on time, this may occasionally include customer residences.
- Unloading delivery items and ensuring proper handoff.
- Returning any items or equipment back to the main facility after completing deliveries.
- Occasionally assisting the pastry team as needed to support overall operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work early morning hours as early as 5 AM
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently, or in a team.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Availability to work 4-5 days per week, including mandatory weekends
