Your Impact & Contribution
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will manage relationships with our key clients as they are onboarded to their Aesthetic Record system, make key decisions for their practice, and improve client satisfaction and retention. You will also be empowered to help us evolve by owning critical process improvements and leading special projects.
In addition, you will be responsible for jumping in and helping with additional tasks when needed - we thrive on a start-up culture, so everyone works closely together!

As part of Aesthetic Record, you’ll work hand-in-hand with some of the country’s largest Medical Spas learning the daily operations of a thriving industry. You will also work closely with corporate sales, underwriting and technology teams at each of our third-party partners. Additionally, you’ll have unlimited access to learn and work alongside our leadership team who can share the ins-and-outs of creating a profitable, thriving tech start-up and are looked upon as thought leaders in the Aesthetic industry as a key member of our growing technology platform, you will be integral in tripling Aesthetic Record’s market share and launching several large initiatives in the next year. What Success Looks Like
- Strategic accounts are onboarded smoothly, on time, and with high client satisfaction.
- Clients view you as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for their Aesthetic Record implementation and ongoing success.
- Monthly account metrics are consistently accurate, up to date, and used to proactively identify risks or growth opportunities.
- Client retention and engagement within your portfolio meet or exceed targets.
- Training sessions are well-organized, effective, and result in confident, self-sufficient platform users.
- Project timelines and deliverables are managed effectively across multiple concurrent accounts with minimal escalation.
- Client challenges are resolved efficiently through strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Process improvements or special projects you own lead to measurable gains in efficiency, scalability, or client experience.
- Internal teams experience clear communication, reliable follow-through, and strong partnership when supporting shared accounts.
- You demonstrate increasing autonomy, strategic thinking, and readiness to take on larger or more complex accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through open and interactive communication.
- Utilize strong project management skills to meet client deadlines while juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Maintain monthly metrics for strategic accounts
- Act as a dedicated account manager, working closely with clients to identify and address their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the use of our software.
- Demonstrate proficiency with technology tools, including Zoom, Google Suite and have an aptitude for learning new software tools.
- Understand business concepts to assist clients with their Aesthetic Record implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success or account management roles
- Demonstrable experience writing professional correspondence (emails, blogs, etc) & documenting interactions (meeting notes, processes, etc)
- Strong aptitude for technology and a high learning agility
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Conflict resolution & de-escalation expertise
- Quality-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong detail orientation & organizational skills
- Active listening and strong phone skills
- Analytical thinking and multitasking capabilities
- Familiarity with business concepts
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a EMR and CRM software platforms as part of an account management or aesthetic medical practice role
- Experience in practice management or as a decision maker for the practice highly preferred
- Working knowledge of consulting frameworks
- Experience working in the medical spa or beauty industry
- Experience working with customers in a fully virtual or hybrid role
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
