What you will lead

Oversight of multiple heavy civil, infrastructure, concrete, and marine projects

Responsibility for field execution across safety, schedule, quality, and budget

Direction and support of Superintendents, crews, and subcontractors
-
Resource planning including manpower, equipment, and materials
-
Direct coordination with clients and senior project stakeholders
-
Problem-solving at a program level when scope, schedule, or conditions change
