Hailco Roofing is expanding, and we're looking for competitive, coachable go-getters who want to earn serious money and grow fast. As a Direct Sales Canvasser, you'll be in the field every day — knocking doors, starting conversations, and setting appointments that fuel our growth.
No experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything. You bring the hustle, we'll provide the system.
What You'll Do
- Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods to generate roofing leads
- Build rapport with homeowners and educate them on Hailco's inspection process
- Schedule free roof inspections for our sales consultants
- Log and track activity using our mobile CRM tools
- Represent Hailco with energy, professionalism, and integrity
What We're Looking For
- Competitive mindset with a coachable attitude and no-quit work ethic
- Strong people skills and the ability to hold a conversation
- Comfortable walking and canvassing for extended periods
- Monday–Saturday availability (some flexibility)
- Prior door-to-door, canvassing, or customer-facing experience is a plus — not required
