Requirements
Must have a 5year minimum electrical background. Must have a strong electrical background with: Punch press controls, Programming PLC’s and associated equipment, Motor drive controls, Automated equipment and Robot controls. Must be able to draw electrical prints. Must know how to build control panels. Must have a strong understanding of various types of sensors. Must be familiar with the National electrical code.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all the Anchor Principles and Guidelines, as well as Anchor polices and procedures.
- Engineering and development of electrical systems for new and existing equipment.
- Develop PLC programs for new and existing equipment.
- Monitor costs of electrical supplies being purchased to ensure Anchor receives the best price.
- Troubleshoot and repair of electrical breakdowns on all equipment.
- Responsible to keep all machine PLC programs backed up and properly saved to the network
- Work with all Maintenance personnel on projects and breakdowns.
- All positions at Anchor are cross functional; may work in other departments as directed by management
Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
