As a Personal/Home Shopper, you will select “the best of the best” products for our online shoppers. This is a fast-paced environment. To be successful in the position you must take pride in your work, be customer service oriented, care about what is selected for our customers, be willing and able to perform very physical work, and be quick on your feet.

Able to select substitute products for customers if the ordered item is unavailable and customer elects. Collaboration with Home Shopping Department Manager to review missing items and fulfill items with “second shop,” to complete orders with 97% accuracy.

Knowledge and Experience
· Customer service and retail experience preferred. Strong advocate providing positive interactions and collaboration with Home Shopping Department Manager.

· Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Albertsons Companies products and offerings.
· Adhere to uniform and grooming policy as defined within company policy.
Skills and Background

Physical Requirements

- Each time you are shopping to complete an order— you will be timed and you are expected to complete the order within the time frame provided in each order. Can you handle working under pressure and being timed?
This role requires frequent heavy lifting— including items like cases of water, cases of soda, dog food, pool salt, etcetera— and you must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and bend repeatedly throughout your shift. Can you meet this physical requirement, and are you comfortable performing this type of work on a regular basis?
