We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Person to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers and technicians with automotive parts needs, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter with parts selection and sales
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
Locate and source parts that are not currently in stock
Complete and manage special-order parts requests
Communicate order status and availability with customers and service staff
Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking and organization of parts
Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
Comply with federal, state, and local automotive industry regulations
Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
Previous automotive parts experience or dealership experience preferred
Ford dealership experience is a plus
Knowledge of automotive systems and parts identification
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and inventory system skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent
