Position Overview
Culligan is currently seeking an individual experienced in customer-focused positions to act as an Administrative Assistant. This position reports to the manager. They oversee daily office operations for the branch and assist with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update large datasets in Excel, create and manage reports, and ensure data accuracy for decision-making.
- Use Excel-based calendars to coordinate meetings, events, and staff schedules
- Perform accurate data entry and run basic to intermediate data analysis to support departmental needs.
- Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and reports, often using Excel-generated data.
- Manage mail, supplies, travel arrangements, and general office support
- Assist dispatch team when needed.
- Requires attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience with project management tools or CRM systems.
- Dispatching experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Able to troubleshoot different company programs.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
