About the Role
We are seeking an individual with a wide range of residential remodeling experience and skills. You’ll work on a variety of residential projects ranging from small handyman tasks to full remodels. Projects may include drywall and painting work, flooring, trim work, tile installation, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, and more.
Consistent performance, professionalism, and a desire to improve are recognized and rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Complete every project with excellent customer service
- Communicate directly with customers
- Manage the project to ensure project is finished on time and on budget
- Arrive prepared with the appropriate tools and materials
- Take before-and-after photos and collect customer approvals/signatures
- Adjust estimates when additional work is required (change orders)
Schedule
- Typically, Monday–Friday during regular business hours
Requirements
- Professional experience in all stages of residential remodeling
- Fully equipped with tools needed for remodeling work
- Reliable vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials
- Smoke-free during working hours
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Required Experience
Applicants should have professional experience in most or all of the following:
- Framing
- Window and door installation
- Siding
- Drywall
- Trim work
- Painting
- Basic electrical
- Cabinet and countertop installation
- Backsplash installation
- Shower tile
- Basic plumbing
- Flooring
- General handyman and punch-list work

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Framing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Flooring installation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Drywall : 1 year (Preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Tile installation : 1 year (Preferred)
- Plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Electrical: 1 year (Preferred)
