As a remote On Call Homecare Coordinator, you will be responsible to assist clients by scheduling HHA visits as needed, and finding caregivers to fill in when a caregiver calls out over the weekend. This position requires excellent communication skills, computer skills, a strong understanding of homecare coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Remote Shift Times
- Saturday - Sunday: 6:30 am-11:00 pm
On Call Homecare Coordinator Core Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 1 year+ Home Care Coordinator experience is preferred
- Ability to multi task with advanced organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly detail-oriented
- Establish strong person-to-person relationships with customers
- Must be available to come for in-person training during the week
- Spanish/English speaking preferred!
