Arctic Air Conditioning is growing—and we’re looking for a highly skilled, full-time Residential Electrician to join our team! This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with real experience, drive, and professionalism.
Here’s what you bring to the table:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential electrical experience—diagnostics, repairs, and installations, with or without supervision
- Strong electrical code (E.C.) knowledge
- The ability to install full-service upgrades, including pipe risers and underground services
- Proven troubleshooting expertise—from the main panel to outlets and switches
- Generator installation experience (whole-home systems preferred)
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of residential electrician experience
- Proficiency in residential power diagnostics and repairs
- Generator system installation knowledge
- Strong understanding of local and national electric codes
- Clean background and ability to pass a drug screen (per local laws)
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute electrical installations accurately.
- Adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and safety regulations while working on construction sites.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, one weekend shift required
- Occasional on-call rotation one night per week
