Sales Representative Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$33.65 to $43.26 /hour
-
Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is instrumental in expanding our market presence and driving sales within designated territories.

Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify opportunities for growth.

Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct compelling and informative product and service demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions and benefits
-
Effectively manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial lead generation and qualification through to successful closing.

Candidates must have the ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods during the workday, as well as travel to client locations.
Sales Representative Qualifications:
-
Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasive closing abilities.

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management

Valid driver's license
