- With the help of the warehouse management system, you monitor the daily administration;
- As a real planner, you are responsible for the progress of the work. You monitor internal processes;
- The administration of incoming/outgoing goods and customs documentation is part of your duties. In doing so, you ensure correct processing and recording of delivery data;
- You maintain contact with internal departments (office and operations) and with customer & carrier about outgoing shipments;
- You are the logistical source of information and advisor for our national and international clients, but also the internal link between our customers on the one hand and the various warehouse departments on the other. You go from 'another complaint?' to 'thanks again for your feedback, we are going to look for a sustainable solution!';
- You monitor the wishes and needs of the customer with regard to various activities as described in the SLAs (Service Level Agreements);
- You make a proactive contribution to our continuous improvement working methodology.
Qualifications:
- Have an excellent command of the English language.
- Have strong knowledge and command of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Excel is an advantage.
- Ability to process large amounts of data quickly and accurately.
- Excellent good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Motivated and have ambitions to learn multiple tasks and want to grow together with the team.
- Stress-resistant, orderly and adaptable to the changing dynamic environment;
- Flexible to work overtime in peak season.
- You have knowledge of warehouse management systems such as PKMS.
- Experience in logistics is not required, but it is a bonus!
