Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards

- Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed
- Ensure timely food service by coordinating with front-of-house staff and adhering to service schedules
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and waste management
Experience
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food handling, knife skills, and meal assembly
- Experience in menu planning or catering environments is a plus
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service establishment will support success in this role
