Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.

- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee inventory management, control food costs, and ensure proper stock levels through effective inventory control practices.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and regulatory compliance across all kitchen activities.
- Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes for large groups or special occasions.
- Manage shift schedules, monitor kitchen performance, and implement training programs to enhance team skills in food handling, cooking techniques, and service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and culinary arts.
- Extensive supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in fast-paced settings such as restaurants or catering services.
- Knowledge of dietary department operations and experience with dietary accommodations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food handling, inventory management, and kitchen management systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shifts effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and HACCP principles to ensure compliance at all times.
