Wake and Late is looking for BOH Kitchen Team Members for PASADENA. We are obsessed with creating the best products (burritos and beverages) and sourcing the best ingredients, with a focus on providing inspired service and maximum hospitality, always!
We are searching for passionate, energetic, and dynamic BOH team members to help take Wake and Late to the next level with an emphasis on crushing service and creating culture. Our line cooks are leaders and seek to elevate the guest experience by injecting energy, grace, and professionalism into all aspects of our kitchen operations. This will be a full-time role (30-40+ hours weekly), with ideal morning working hours from 6am - 3:30pm. Our kitchen team members are responsible for all aspects of BOH service including prep, building burritos, grill station, expo, and packaging. The ideal candidate for our BOH team brings a dynamic energy, a willingness to learn and grow, and a desire to contribute to a very busy kitchen.

We are seeking candidates with:
- 2+ year of experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment
- A flexible schedule and a willingness to cover open shifts
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Great attitude and willingness to teach
- Warm, authentic, helpful and efficient nature
- A team oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and an outgoing personality
- Passion for food service and a willingness to grow
- Good work ethic with a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable solving problems and working under pressure
