Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reconstruction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex restoration projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, exceptional project coordination skills, and a passion for restoring structures efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of reconstruction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project flow.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates utilizing Xactimate to accurately forecast costs and resource needs.
- Monitor construction site activities regularly to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and schedule commitments.
- Manage project documentation, including change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), progress reports, and closeout documentation with precision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or project management within the reconstruction.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost control measures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across diverse teams while maintaining clear communication channels.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
