*$3,500 RETENTION BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment.
The RDP Coordinator position is responsible for counseling individuals or groups, developing and implementing a therapeutic treatment plan, providing family support, and providing education. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field
- 1+ year of post-graduation direct service in mental illness-relevant experience.
- Current/Valid driver’s license and be 21 with an insurable driving record to meet driving insurability requirements.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40+ wpm.
- You will be required to complete MAC (Medication Assistant Certified) training.
- Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM
