Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Target Earnings: $60,000 – $120,000+ per year (Competitive base pay + performance incentives / commission)

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems (faucets, water heaters, drain lines, re-pipes, fixtures).
- Perform routine maintenance and installations for local Springfield homeowners.
- Clearly communicate options and pricing to customers before starting work.
- Maintain a clean, organized work truck and professional appearance at job sites.
- Deliver 5-star customer experiences on every service call.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in residential plumbing service or drain cleaning (Journeyman license preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, clean professional appearance, and great communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
