Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail or sales management. This role requires effective communication, strategic planning, and the ability to motivate staff to achieve their goals while ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. A big plus if you are a current European Wax Center customer!
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the center, ensuring efficiency and driving employee performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Foster a positive team culture through effective communication, motivation, and performance management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Oversee employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliations and deposits.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in purchasing decisions to ensure product availability.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Experience
- Proven or sales management is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Experience in cash handling processes is essential.
- Familiarity with employee orientation practices is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is a plus.
