Phoenix Financial Group is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Tax Prep Specialist to support client bookkeeping, clean up, and tax preparation work. This role requires someone who is accountable.
What we are looking for: Experience with bookkeeping, knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus as well as experience with tax software and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile client books, prepare financial statements (P &L, Balance sheet), perform bookkeeping, prepare individual (Form 1040) and business tax returns (1120S, 1065, Schedule C) and communicate directly with clients.
Experience is preferable but we will train the right candidate. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Health Insurance, Vision and dental benefits offered. Potential for upward advancement for the right candidate.
